Thank you for choosing our custom-made manifolds. Each manifold is meticulously crafted and pressure-tested to ensure quality and reliability. Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

1. Manufacturing Defects: Returns will only be honored if the product demonstrates a verified manufacturing defect. All returned items must undergo an inspection to confirm the defect.
2. Unmodified Condition: The manifold must be returned in its original, unmodified condition. Products that have been cut, altered, or otherwise modified will not be eligible for a return.
3. Return Process: Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Returns must be shipped back to us after receiving our approval.
4. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect and ensure the item has not been modified. If the product meets the above conditions, we will process a replacement or refund.
